AUBREE   MUNRO  WATSON

Hey! Aubree here, as someone who thrives on genuine authenticity, I want you to know the real deal about me. So here you go!

I am an extroverted introvert (there's a word specifically for that, but no one knows it so we'll keep it simple, 'cause that's how I am). I'm friendly, but I keep my circle small. As much as I love community and "together time," I also love being by myself. I have a major sweet tooth that is constantly trying to sabotage me, and while I enjoy getting dressed up, I'm 100% a jeans and a T-shirt kind of girl. I'm slow to change, but I love looking deeper within myself and growing as a person. I'm a recovering perfectionist who thinks creating the "perfect life" is overrated. I love the real stuff, the vulnerable, goofy, in my case, awkward, YOU-stuff. I'm a firm believer that everyone has a purpose unique to them, and I love helping people on that journey. Deep conversations over coffee or dessert will forever be the best kind of quality time with me!

Now for the stuff I bet you actually care about - I played professional softball with Team USA and a couple of different pro organizations from 2016 to 2021. Playing in the Olympics has been my dream since I was 10 years old, and I had the honor of living out that dream at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, where we won the silver medal. I played at the University of Florida from 2013-2016 - Go Gators! It was there that I found my identity in Jesus Christ. Let me tell y'all that has been the biggest game-changer of MUH LIFE!

I retired from the game I love in February of 2022 with a heart full of peace and gratitude for the journey I went on. After retiring from softball, my life took a big pivot when I went into full-time student ministry. I love what I get to do with students. Showing them the love of Christ and helping them on their journey with him is a huge honor, and we actually have a ton of fun.

Along with a personal relationship with Jesus, I also found my husband at UF. He played tennis, and I played softball. We met, we danced, we fell in love, yada yada. No, but really, I love this man! God has used my sweet husband to bring the balance that I have always craved for my life and to make me braver than I ever thought I could be. He has made me a better communicator, a better person, and a better follower of Jesus. We got married in April of 2019, and married life is the most awesome adventure because we have so much fun together.

I'm pumped you're here to check out my website. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
